Who we are
Hollyoud Ventures W.L.L., Al Hamalah, Kingdom of Bahrain. This policy covers hollyoudventures.com.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways.
When you contact us. If you use a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and whatever else that form asks for, which may include your organisation, position, country, phone number, website, the nature of your inquiry, your message, and any file you attach.
When you visit. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page views without cookies and without identifying anyone. We do not know who you are unless you tell us.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we use it
To read your inquiry and reply to it. Nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to people who contacted us about something else.
Who else sees it
Service providers who help us operate the site and our email, including Resend, Cloudflare and Google. They process your information on our instructions and for no other purpose.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and attachments are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to the inboxes that receive them is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
